Summer Choir
Summer choir will begin on Sunday, June 23, and go through Labor Day weekend. Anyone who would like to try out singing with the choir can join us any Sunday they are available, whether it’s one time or all summer long! The only rehearsal for the service is at 8:00 am (the same day as the service). The choir does not robe for the service, so come dressed comfortably and in a way that honors the presence of the Lord.

New Wineskins Global Mission Conference 2019
The New Wineskins Global Mission Conference 2019 is a very exciting gathering of global archbishops, bishops, clergy, missionaries and laity who come together every several years at the beautiful Ridgecrest Conference Center in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Western North Carolina near Asheville. Our own Archbishop Foley Beach will be speaking. The vision of the conference now includes mission at home, as well as mission abroad. To that end, the pre-conferences include groups meeting for a day and half prior to the opening on September 26th. Some of those 20 new groups that will gather are Healing as Mission, Training in Intercessory Prayer, Business as Mission, The Arts in Mission and Reaching College Students. In addition to the Bible studies, worship services and the display halls, Map Talks will be available for the first time. These are similar to Ted Talks. Our own Patricia Streeter will be teaching and Fr. Richard Menees and Pastor Kathleen Adams will also be involved.
